The role emphasizes low patient volume, long appointment times, and a broad range of primary care services including women's health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible for Oregon medical licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-training primary care experience; 5+ years strongly preferred.
• Strong foundation in comprehensive adult primary care and chronic disease management.
• Experience with routine outpatient procedures.
• Women's health experience highly valued.
• Interest in preventive medicine, population health, and value-based care.
• Collaborative, flexible, and willing to contribute beyond traditional role boundaries when the team needs support.
