Responsibilities

• Practice full-spectrum, outpatient Family Medicine.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Document encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately in the electronic health record.
