Job summary

Ascension—Employer Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient team in a PRN capacity. You will work under physician supervision to provide acute, preventive, and wellness-focused primary care for employees and dependents, with access to on-site clinic support and Athena EMR.

Eligible candidates must hold Indiana NP licensure with prescriptive authority and a Master’s in Nursing.

Qualifications

• BLS provider certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed in Indiana within 180 days.
• RN licensure in Indiana obtained prior to hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
