Lone Star Circle of Care in Central Texas seeks a board-certified APRN to provide primary care to underserved populations in outpatient and telemedicine settings. You will grow a patient-centered practice, collaborate with a diverse team, participate in after-hours on-call rotation 3–4 times per year, and document care in an electronic health record.

You are a board-certified APRN who is passionate about working with the underserved population who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You are comfortable providing care both in person and virtually, and you want to grow a practice where you and your patients work together to decide the best course of treatment in achieving their goals in an outpatient setting.
