Lone Star Circle of Care in Central Texas is seeking a board-certified APRN/Family Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. The role includes providing care in person and via telemedicine, developing patient-centered treatment plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure access to primary care for underserved populations.
Texas license is required; expect to participate in after-hours on-call rotation 3–4 times a year as part of a full-time, mission-driven nonprofit.

You are a board-certified APRN who is passionate about working with the underserved population who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You are comfortable providing care both in person and virtually, and you want to grow a practice where you and your patients work together to decide the best course of treatment in achieving their goals in an outpatient setting.
