Joseph Michaels International is seeking candidates for a Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty Development Fellowship. This position targets seasoned family physicians or new graduates eager to advance in medical education and academic leadership within family medicine.

The role emphasizes teaching residents, developing curricula, and leading educational initiatives in a supportive academic environment. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Formación

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program by the start date.
• Board certified or board eligible by ABFM or AOBFM.
• Valid Georgia Medical License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Good standing with current employer or residency/fellowship program.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Actively engage in resident education through precepting, delivering didactic lectures, and collaborating on program initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and innovation of graduate medical education curricula.
• Supervise residents in prenatal, postpartum, inpatient care, and low-risk obstetrics.
• Participate in a structured Faculty Development Curriculum, including online coursework with ongoing feedback.
