Meritas Advisory Group, LLC invites passionate physicians to join our Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty Development Fellowship. This fellowship focuses on medical education leadership and crafting graduate medical education curricula for family medicine.

Open to experienced family physicians or recent graduates, the role combines outpatient care, resident mentoring, and academic leadership. Visa sponsorship is not available; a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits accompany the

Competenze

• MD or DO required with completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency.
• Board certified or board eligible by ABFM or AOBFM.
• Georgia Medical License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• In good standing with current employer or residency/fellowship program.

Mansioni

• Provide outpatient patient care.
• Mentor resident education through didactics and clinical supervision.
• Contribute to development and innovation of graduate medical education curricula.
• Supervise residents in prenatal, postpartum, inpatient care, and low-risk obstetrics.
• Participate in a structured Faculty Development Curriculum with online coursework and ongoing feedback.
