Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of a Senior LVN and/or physician as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assist physicians with patient care management, including patient evaluations and coordination of care.
• Perform nursing activities, laboratory specimen collection, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and clinic staff to support quality patient care.
