Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain Florida license in good standing; DEA registration.
• Experience or readiness to work in family medicine settings.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and record history.
• Adhere to proper charting protocols.
• Discuss with Physician to prepare comprehensive plan.
• Order or execute tests or images as needed.
• Submit care plans for periodic review by Physician.
• Analyze test results and diagnose/report to patient.
• Administer or prescribe treatment and medications.
• Advise on diet, hygiene and disease prevention.
