Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care Network in Clearwater, FL seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and work-life balance.

Role features a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule with no weekend office hours, minimal call responsibilities, and a comprehensive benefits package from day one. Requires Master’s in nursing or PA Studies and Florida APRN/PA-C license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or PA studies is required.
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical Family or Internal Medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care from pediatric to geriatric patients, including women’s health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing (labs, imaging).
• Coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists to ensure continuity of care.
