Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and record history.
• Adhere to proper charting protocols.
• Discuss findings with physician and care team.
• Order or execute tests or images as needed.
• Submit health care plan and goals for review.
• Analyze test results and diagnose for patients.
• Administer or prescribe treatment and medications.
• Promote health through diet, hygiene and prevention.
• Inoculate and vaccinate as required.
• Refer to specialists when needed.
• Report deaths/contagious diseases to authorities.
• Participate in clinical quality committees.
• Represent True Health in the community.
• Provide coverage for on-call duties as assigned.
• Precept and train students and peers as assigned.
