Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Immediate Care seeks an experienced Faculty APP to deliver full spectrum family medicine care and participate in resident and student teaching. You will work with faculty to maintain an active clinical practice, document thoroughly in the EHR, and participate in extended hours as needed.

You will collaborate with colleagues, maintain high standards of patient care, and contribute to teaching, research, and scholarly activity within the Department of

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible with Oregon licensure.
• MD/DO and ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency.
• Eligible for staff privileges at OHSU University Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum family medicine care.
• Collaborate with full and part-time faculty to maintain an active practice.
• Document using the electronic health record and maintain timely patient care documentation.
• Participate in teaching activities including resident/student precepting and didactics.
• Support scheduling, including weekends/holidays and call responsibilities.
