OHSU Family Medicine at Beaverton Primary seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join a busy academic practice in Beaverton, Oregon. The appointee will provide full-spectrum family medicine care across all ages, participate in teaching and resident supervision, and may include inpatient duties with shared weekend and evening coverage.

The role supports teaching, research, and patient care within a renowned medical school department.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified or Board Eligible and licensed in Oregon.
• Graduate medical education in an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency.
• Capable of providing comprehensive health services.
• Certified to prescribe medications.
• Approved staff privileges at OHSU University Hospital, Hillsboro Medical Center and other community hospitals.
• Multilingual (Not Required).

Aufgaben

• Provide full spectrum family medicine care.
• Collaborate with full and part-time faculty to maintain an active practice.
• Document care using the electronic health record and maintain timely patient care documentation.
• Participate in teaching activities including resident/student precepting and didactics.
• Potential inpatient care with shared call duties, by mutual agreement.
• See patients eight half days per week with two half days for admin/scholarship duties.
• Maintain strong commitment to developing a vibrant clinical and academic operation.
• Meet minimum target numbers of 8–10 visits per half day depending on patient complexity.
• Participate in expanded clinic hours including evenings and weekends.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and scholarship.
