Qualifications

• 2 years clinical experience required.
• Must be licensed in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible. (Licensed in Oregon) with family medicine residency.
• Capable of providing comprehensive health services and prescription authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum family medicine care.
• Participate in scheduling, including weekends/holidays/call.
• Teach residents and medical students; precept and didactics.
• Document in electronic health record consistently.
