Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) invites experienced healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive primary care across ages and genders in Southeast Alaska. The role emphasizes diagnosis, treatment, prevention, coordination of care, and strong patient relationships within SEARHC facilities.

New graduates are welcome; two years of experience is preferred. Must maintain Alaska medical license (NP or PA), DEA registration, and SEARHC privileges, with CALS/ACLS/PALS or related

Qualifications

• Provides comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, prevention and coordination of care.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Proficient use of electronic medical records and other clinical technologies.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with specialists as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a dedicated panel of patients.
• Participate in shared urgent/emergent care on-call rotation.
• Document services accurately and timely per policy.
• Promote optimal patient experience through listening and communication skills.
• Build long-term patient-provider relationships.
• Consult SEARHC physicians and other specialists when needed.
