Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including diagnosis, treatment, referrals, and prenatal care for a patient panel.
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with SEARHC policy.
• Deliver an optimal patient experience with strong communication skills.
• Build long-term patient relationships and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
• Provide medical services across SEARHC facilities and affiliated sites.
• Participate in quality improvement and provider/clinic meetings.
• Engage in SEARHC medical staff activities and initiatives.
