You will draft pleadings, motions, and orders, prepare discovery, and coordinate court hearings and mediations. Excellent drafting and communication skills are essential; board-certified paralegal is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas (required)
Strong knowledge of all phases of litigation, including:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders
Drafting military retirement orders
Preparing discovery
Coordinating court hearings and mediations
Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage time-sensitive matters and meet deadlines
Board Certified Paralegal preferred
