Agnello & Rogers seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal for a remote-capable role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Family Law experience in Texas and can deliver high-quality legal support.

The position is not entry-level and requires strong litigation knowledge, drafting skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive matters. Board Certified Paralegal is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of all phases of litigation.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders.
• Drafting military retirement orders.
• Preparing discovery.
• Coordinating court hearings and mediations.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive matters and meet deadlines.
• Board Certified Paralegal preferred.
