Job summary

Priority VA, a Florida-based family law office, seeks a seasoned paralegal who can hit the ground running and own critical tasks from intake to status updates.

You will manage client documents, prepare hearing materials, and support case management, legal research, and document drafting in a fully paperless environment. Remote work is available for Florida residents.

Experience in AI tools daily, including Vicent through Clio, is required to streamline operations and improve client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Florida family law paralegal experience.
• 10 years preferred.
• Experience in a fully paperless office environment.
• Remote position; Florida residency strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools daily, such as Vicent through Clio.

Responsibilities

Job description

This Florida family law office is growing and needs a seasoned family law paralegal who can hit the ground running. If you take ownership of your work and support leaders with case management, legal research, document drafting, and client support, we want to hear from you! As the office Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:

• Own client documents and communication, including client intakes and weekly status updates
• Prepare hearing and trial materials
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Florida family law paralegal , 10 years preferred.
• Experience in a fully paperless office environment
• Ability to claim ownership and close loops on operations
• Hands-on experience working with AI Tools daily, such as Vicent through Clio, is required.
