Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Florida family law paralegal experience.
• 10 years preferred.
• Experience in a fully paperless office environment.
• Remote position; Florida residency strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools daily, such as Vicent through Clio.

Responsibilities

• Own client documents and communication, including client intakes and weekly status updates.
• Prepare hearing and trial materials.
• Support leaders with case management, legal research, and document drafting.
• Provide client support and maintain accurate case files.
