Responsibilities

Experienced Family Law Paralegal – Join a Purpose-Driven Legal Team

We’re growing and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our team and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with minimal supervision

• Coordinate and manage case discovery, including document collection and production

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other third parties

• Maintain deadlines, schedules, and organize files in Clio

• Assist attorneys in hearing and trial preparation

• Provide compassionate support to clients while maintaining professional boundaries

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a family law paralegal

• Deep understanding of Missouri family court procedures

• Ability to draft pleadings and discovery independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Tech-savvy with experience in legal software, Excel, Adobe, Word

• Positive, team-oriented, and dependable
