Family Law/Domestic Relations Paralegal

Our local law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law/Domestic Relations Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have several years of paralegal experience specifically in Family Law and Domestic Relations.

Responsibilities include screening potential client calls, handling scheduling, managing deadlines, and drafting pleadings. Knowledge of Child Support Worksheets, Financial Affidavits, income calculation, Parenting Plans, and discovery procedures is required. The candidate should follow directions well and work effectively in a team environment.
