This opportunity offers the right candidates the opportunity to work with and support experienced attorneys who represent families during divorce and family law matters as they transition into a better tomorrow.

The ideal candidate should enjoy being a trusted part of the team, responsible for assisting in critical aspects of the client representation, from the inception of the case through to the conclusion. Effective project management, time management, and good communication skills are required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum five years of work experience as a family law paralegal.
Associate degree or higher.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Effectively communicate with clients, courts, and all parties involved.
Request, review, and log discovery.
Work closely with attorneys to execute the case action plans.
Draft and manage documents to ensure that the attorney is ready for all proceedings for the client cases.
Successfully manage cases from inception to resolution.
Assist lawyers in the courtroom when needed.
