Texas license and at least 1 year of family law experience required; strong court presence and client communication skills essential. Local Central Texas practice preferred; relocation considerations negotiable; competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Provide direct counsel to clients, managing expectations and helping them navigate difficult circumstances with professionalism and empathy.
• Appear in court regularly and maintain strong relationships with local judges, court staff, and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the Key Law Office team to advance client outcomes while supporting the firm's high standards.

Experience Required

Minimum of 1 year practicing family law in Texas

Practice Areas

Compensation

$120,000+ Competitive salary plus performance incentives (commensurate with experience)
