You will handle cases from intake to resolution, draft pleadings, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong advocacy. Estate planning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• 3+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Genuine interest in family law and a commitment to continued professional growth.
• Estate planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
