Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney in Massachusetts to join a well‑established North Shore practice. This role emphasizes direct client interaction, courtroom exposure, and growing a personal practice within an active referral network.

Ideal candidates will have a J.D., Massachusetts Bar admission, and 3+ years in family law. Estate planning experience is a plus, with a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and billings.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Massachusetts Bar admission.
• 3+ years of family law experience.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines independently.
• Estate planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from initial consultation through resolution.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients and guide them through each stage of the legal process.
• Develop case strategies and prepare matters for hearings and trial.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide thoughtful, effective legal representation.
