Requirements:

• Massachusetts bar admission in good standing


• 2+ years of legal experience with family law experience or a demonstrated interest in the practice area


• Courtroom and hearing experience


• Strong advocacy, writing, and client counseling skills


• Three bonus opportunities: automatic year-end, productivity (1,800+ hours), and origination bonuses with payouts up to 50%
