Kamal Law Firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join a collaborative team in Texas. You will conduct legal research, develop strategy, and represent clients in court and negotiations across family and immigration matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
• Experience in family law practice, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Strong legal research and analysis skills.
• Proven ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation in family law.
• Assist senior attorneys in case management, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to gather information, provide updates, and negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Attend client meetings, consultations, and court appearances as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and trends affecting family law.

Compensation:

$95,000 - $140,000 DOE
