Job summary

Genesis Legal Group is seeking attorneys in Glendale to manage your own family law cases alongside a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. The firm rewards experience and results with earning potential up to $190,000 annually as you contribute to the firm's growth.

You will handle divorces, custody matters, and related support issues, drafting pleadings and negotiating settlements while representing clients in mediation, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• JD and an active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• Strong communication, organization, and case-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with sound judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
• A professional, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases involving divorce, legal decision-making and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and enforcement.
• Guide clients through important legal decisions with clear, thoughtful communication.
• Research cases and draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and represent clients in negotiations, mediation, hearings, and trial.
• Take ownership of your caseload while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Preferred Experience

Family law, courtroom advocacy, litigation, negotiation, mediation, and independently handling contested matters. Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, or Probate experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
