We're hiring an experienced family law attorney for our Freehold office - Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties.

Let's start with the number most firms won't print

Our billable requirement is 1,550 hours.

Most firms set targets between 1,700 and 2,300, and litigation practices typically land at 1,800 to 2,000 or higher. The New York State Bar Association has recommended capping requirements at 1,800 out of concern for attorney mental health. We're 250 hours below that cap.

We put it up front because it's the first thing you'd want to know, and because we're not uncomfortable with the answer.

Compensation

$110,000 - $200,000+. The range is wide because we hire across all of it. The more experience you bring, the more we're able to pay.
