Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active Pennsylvania law license.
• 3-5 years of family law experience.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Experience with discovery and case preparation.
• Courtroom and litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Strong experience handling a broad range of family law matters and be comfortable managing cases from initial intake through resolution.

• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct detailed discovery and case preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
