Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its Warrendale, PA practice. The attorney will gain meaningful courtroom experience and opportunities for long-term growth within an established firm.

Responsibilities include handling divorce, custody, and support matters; conducting negotiations; representing clients in hearings and trials; counseling clients and developing case strategies; and managing complex distributions and protective orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 3+ years of family law or substantial litigation experience.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills; able to handle active caseloads.
