Jobot is seeking a Young Associate willing to learn family law for a high-end boutique firm in California. The position offers exposure to sophisticated family law matters and a path toward growth in a premier practice.

The successful candidate will have a JD, at least 2 years of litigation experience, California license, and strong negotiation, research, and communication skills. The firm offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with an interest in learning Family Law.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Strong research and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
