We are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with prior litigation experience who is motivated to grow professionally while playing a meaningful role in a high‑performing, growth‑oriented practice. This position offers substantial client responsibility, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued expansion and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings
• Manage a full caseload from intake through final resolution
• Develop and implement strategic case plans tailored to each matter
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and manage case progression effectively
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely movement of matters
• Provide clear, professional communication throughout the case lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support workflow and operational goals

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas (additional jurisdictions a plus)
• 1–3 years of family law or comparable litigation experience required
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and a high level of accountability
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload with efficiency and attention to detail
