Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license with at least 2 years of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• Proficiency with Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite and e-filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact family law cases from contract to final decree.
• Drive contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Represent clients in Montgomery County and surrounding courts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials.
• Provide compassionate, results-driven counsel to clients.

Requirements

• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Highly organized with experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.
• Strong skills in drafting pleadings and discovery.
