LEGACY LEGAL RECRUITING LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney for a premier Texas family law firm. The role involves managing cases from consultation to resolution, drafting documents, and representing clients in court.

Ideal candidates have a J.D., Texas Bar license, and at least 3 years of family law experience, including courtroom work. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills, and empathy with clients facing sensitive family issues are essential.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ years of family law experience; courtroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Oversee family law files from consultation through trial or settlement.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs.
• Litigation Support: Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Client Relations: Advise clients, negotiate settlements, and maintain ongoing case communication.
