The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, is admitted to the Minnesota bar, and has 3–5 years of relevant experience; strong research, writing, negotiation and advocacy are essential.
Larkin Hoffman is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to join our Family Law practice group. This successful candidate will work closely with experienced family law attorneys while developing increasing responsibility for client matters involving divorce, custody and parenting time, child support and spousal maintenance, post-decree modifications, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, third-party custody matters, and harassment restraining orders and orders for protection.

The starting salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $170,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
Larkin Hoffman has a 1650 client billable hour requirement. Associate attorneys can also receive an additional 150 hours of credit for pro bono work, marketing and business development activities, and observation and training to reach the 1800 total billable hour expectation. Additionally, the Firm has adopted a holistic compensation structure with a strong bonus program that includes bonus eligibility starting at 1650 client billable hours.
