Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Active Minnesota license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Manage family law matters under supervision, including case strategy and deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with clients to explain options and report status.
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law and financial records.
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for conferences, hearings, and trials; assist with settlements.
