The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred BA in Social Work or related field and at least 1 year in mental health or social services, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifikationen

• BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in mental health or social services required.
• Minimum 2 years experience with families experiencing homelessness or related lived-experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Oversee housing programs and ensure alignment with BHSA and housing regulations.
• Develop and deliver staff training on housing outreach and HMIS reporting.
• Conduct assessments and develop housing plans to support stability.
• Engage landlords and coordinate with housing partners.
• Maintain accurate HMIS data and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
