Sacramento Children's Home in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Family Housing Supervisor to lead housing supports for families experiencing homelessness. You will oversee HMIS data entry, coordinate with CoC and MCPs, and train staff in trauma-informed care to build trust and ensure respectful, effective housing services.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a BA preferred, at least 1 year in mental health or social services, and 2 years working with housing instability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA in Social Work or Psychology preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in mental health or social services.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with homelessness or housing instability.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver staff training on housing supports and HMIS tracking.
• Coordinate referrals and housing assistance with CoC, MCPs, and housing authorities.
• Supervise staff, handle personnel tasks, and ensure compliance with CA HR laws.
• Engage landlords to expand housing opportunities and support tenancy.
• Attend meetings, track client progress, and maintain HMIS case notes.
