Job summary

Sage Haus is seeking a House Manager & Family Assistant with childcare support in Winston-Salem, NC. Part-time, 18-20 hours weekly, schedule 12:00-6:00pm three days a week with occasional date nights or overnight coverage.

Compensation ranges $28-$30 per hour. Start ASAP. Responsibilities include kid-focused care, meal planning, household organization, errands, and coordination with cleaners and vendors. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be patient, warm, and proactive with kids and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules in a busy home.
• Comfortable around dogs and able to navigate household priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pick-ups/drop-offs as needed
• Light supervision and backup childcare (including occasional overnights)
• Unpack and prep backpacks/clothing/snacks
• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Daily resets and prep for cleaners
• Light tidying and seasonal swaps
• Meal planning and prep for dinners and school lunches
