Job summary

Sage-Haus is seeking a Part-time House Manager & Family Assistant in Mount Airy, MD to support a busy family of six. The role blends household management, meal prep, laundry, and light childcare, with 15–20 hours per week scheduled across Mon/Wed/Fri.

The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a homeschooling family setting, coordinating errands and keeping daily routines on track.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willing to obtain before start.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per AAP and CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems.
• Prepare dinners 3x per week and prep for off days.
• Manage full family laundry, ironing, and linens.
• Pick-ups/drop-offs and light supervision/childcare.
• Assist children with chores and routines.
• Run errands, returns, and dry cleaning.
