Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CST
Assigned shifts may vary between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST after training.
The Family Health Advocate role is a new, remote position dedicated to providing meaningful support to members and their families through personalized resource and referral facilitation, issue resolution, and healthcare navigation. Using motivational interviewing and guided approaches, the advocate will help members achieve health goals, reduce costs, and improve care quality.
