Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable interacting with children.
• Friendly, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to create a fun, welcoming environment for children and families.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with guests, parents, and teammates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment like theme parks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Able to stand and lift throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Interact with families and children in a friendly, patient, and engaging manner.
• Assist with daytime non-prize games, activities, and interactive experiences.
• Distribute crafts, candy, and other event materials to guests.
• Help manage guest flow and provide crowd control in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in guest-facing and behind-the-scenes areas.
• Follow all park safety policies and provide excellent guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
