Job summary
Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in Austell, GA invites energetic supervisors to lead Fright Fest attractions. As Fright Fest Supervisor, you’ll oversee Haunted Houses and Scare Zones, manage a 10–15 team, ensure safety, show quality, and guest engagement from opening howl to final fright.

Qualifications
- Leadership experience or potential in fast-paced environments.
- Strong guest service orientation and safety awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable engaging with guests and leading large groups.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Haunted Houses and Scare Zones.
- Ensure actors are ready in costume/makeup and on time.
- Perform pre-opening safety and show quality inspections.
- Monitor staffing and coordinate adjustments.
- Lead a 10–15 person team to meet standards and energy levels.
- Report technical or operational issues promptly.
- Communicate updates from Fright Fest Management to staff.
- Maintain guest safety and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate queue lines and guest flow with Gate Keepers.
- Maintain show quality, energy, and guest engagement throughout the day.
