Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking an enthusiastic Ski & Snowboard School (S3) Host to welcome families and support the daily flow of children’s programs at Snowmass. You will assist with check-in, guide guests through the schedule, help manage lunch service, and coordinate with staff to keep activities running smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising children, helping with equipment rentals, and ensuring a safe, positive experience for families in varying mountain conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Reasonable comfort working outdoors in mountain conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet families on arrival and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Assist with S3 check-in and guide guests through registration processes.
• Direct families to meeting locations and share the day’s schedule details.
• Assist with equipment rentals and lunch service for children’s programs.
• Provide care and supervision for children and coordinate order activities.
