North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Family Child Advocate (FCA) to be the calm in the chaos, ensuring families get the care they deserve and clinicians have smooth days at the Chicago Bucktown center. The role is full-time, in-center, with hours 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, primarily at our Chicago (Bucktown) location, IL.

Expect about 50% community work and a pay range of $21–$25 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to support for families (schedule changes, questions, updates)
• Turn cancellations into makeups and keep schedules running smoothly
• Make real-time adjustments as things shift
• Partner with Clinical Directors and therapists
• Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently
• Support local outreach efforts and community partnerships
