In this full-time, in-center role based at our Deerfield location, you’ll manage schedules, communicate clearly, and turn stress into solutions while building relationships with families, schools, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or front-desk roles preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with families and partners.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to support for families (schedule changes, questions, updates).
• Turn cancellations into makeups and keep schedules running smoothly.
• Make real-time adjustments as things shift.
• Partner with Clinical Directors and therapists.
• Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
