Job summary

Oklahoma State University’s Campus Life — Student Engagement unit seeks a Family Engagement Coordinator to develop programs that connect families with the university and support student success. You will build resources, plan events, and train staff while coordinating communications across platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Student and Family Engagement, you’ll partner with multiple campus units to create family-oriented programming that fosters belonging, career readiness, and citizenship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in education, psychology, human development, counseling, or related field (degree conferred on/start date).
• Two years of relevant professional work experience; postsecondary education may substitute for years of experience.
• Experience in student affairs, family engagement, or related programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement family engagement programs and resources.
• Manage family communications across digital platforms and channels.
• Collaborate with campus partners to promote student well-being, career readiness, and belonging.
