Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in family support or grief counseling.
• Knowledge of the organ donation process and relevant regulations is highly desirable.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and education about organ donation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for family advocacy.
• Participate in community outreach for organ donation awareness.
